PROXSIS  BPM & IT Gov Advisory is a Division of PROXSIS Consultants Groups focusing its services in providing consultancy, training, assessment, inspection and outsourcing for Business Process, Information Technology Governance and  TL9000 Implementation in Indonesia.

The division is directed and led by our Director Mr. Roni Sutrisno. He is graduated from Electrical Engineering – ITB and start his carrier as Data Management and Quality Assurance in Schlumberger and Motorola Indonesia. He is known as the first TL 9000  consultant and authorized TL 9000 assesor in Indonesia (TL 9000 is international QMS standards for telecommunication industries) and also the only VISA- MASTER Card Security Management System Consultant and ISO 20000 specialist  in Indonesia..  During his consultancy periods, he had help many companies in Indonesia especially to implement ISO 20000, ISO 27000, TL 9001, Visa Master Card MS. Some of his clients are: Pertamina Corporate, PHE (d/h BP West Java), YKK Indonesia, Pusintek DepKeu RI, DJP RI, Motorola Indonesia, Ericsson Indonesia, PT.Panatraco (Infrastracture vendor), PT. JavaCell, PT QuadraTel Persada, PT Erabangun Jaya, PT. InfraCell. He also had performed audit and inspection for almost 40 telecommunication vendors in Indonesia.  (See our team experiences). He also supported by a group of IT governance specialist whose certified in many areas such CISA, CISM, CSSP, Cisco, ITIL Master, ITSM, CLA, ISO, etc.

Our team had helped more than hundreds organization in Business Process and IT governance Implementation, such as Bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon, BPPT, Depkeu, Adira, Conoco Philips, Chevron, etc. We also had helped CSS Pertamina to be the first organization in Indonesia to be certified in ISO 20000 and get “MURI Record”.
