To achieve their quality of life, PROXSIS talented peoples are encouraged to have and run their own independent consultancy business unit and become the share holder to the business unit.
PROXSIS had develops many business ownership model that can be selected by our best people when they decide to run their own independent business. Many models are required to accommodate the business style and needs.
Business Owner Model: Where the consultants can own a consultancy business. The consultants are encouraged to create a new business and be a share holder in that business. The new business can be a business unit, can be different brand or different product in one groups. They will be a shareholder and also as Director of the business unit. As director, they also get the salary. They run the business as executive before they retired and hire other director. As Director, they run the business within groups management. To be the business owner, they must be a proven good senior consultants, an entrepreneurship, able to work independently, result oriented, integrity (no conflict of interest), and focus to their business and had been working as a consultant in the Proxsis Groups.
Client Owner: Where the consultants run their own business unit, they own their client, responsible for all their operation cost, run independently outside the group’s management except for contract and invoicing.Client owner will be supported by remote office staff. To be the client owner, they must be a proven good senior consultants, an entrepreneurship, able to work independently, result oriented, integrity (no conflict of interest), and focus to their business.
Client Manager: Where the consultants run their own business unit as the independent consultants and help the clients that are provided by the groups.
Channeling Partner: Where the partner run their own business unit as the independent marketing unit and provide consultancy by the expert within PROXSIS groups.

Our business model and values had attract many tallented and best consultants to joint and be a part of Proxsis Consultants Team. Proxsis had become the fastest growth management system consultants. In three years, we had bocome the biggest quality and business process management system consultants in Indonesia in term of number consultants.
These tallented and experiences people had been synergized and help PROXSIS to provide an integrated and value added solutions for our customers.In Proxsis we have an “experts panel” who meet regularly to discus all the management issues and trend.

Problem is personal. It could be a problem for a person but not a problem for others. This difference is caused by the different point of view and different acceptance level for Problems. In PROXSIS we try to equalize the point of view and increase the acceptance level of the problems and set it high. By doing this our people see no more problems in their work unless it has passed the acceptance level. It makes them enjoy their work, and dealing with something that others say “A Problems”.
