Proxsis has always adopted a participative approach to training programmes, convinced that people learn by doing rather than just listening.  As succh, proxsis' courses involve a significant proportion of workshops, case study and simulation exercises.  The case study and role play activities are designed to highlight key teaching points in a controlled environment, ensuring that a wide range of experiences can be illustrated in a relatively short period of time.
Proxsis also has expertise in the establishment and management of certification bodies and has helped a number of organizations gain accreditation as recognized certification bodies. This assistance ranges from providing specific training courses to the secondment of staff to project manage the establishment of the certification body, its accreditation and the development of its own quality management system on which to base its future development.
